It’s a pleasure to watch
Is it just me, or are the Phillies playing more and more fundamentally sound baseball? Yesterday, the fifth inning, Bryson Stott led off with a double. He was followed by Brandon Marsh, who voluntarily tried to bunt him over.
It’s not the first time Marsh has done that and it’s been nice to see lately. It will have to be something they do in the playoffs if they want to manufacture a run, so keeping on doing it during the regular season is useful.
