That’s how one comes back home
There was way too much angst over two series yesterday. The Phillies were tired and needed to get home. Being away from Citizens Bank Park for eleven days can do that to a team. But some of the chatter around the local media yesterday regarding the team was nonsensical. They played two rough series; who cares? It’s baseball, so it’s going to happen. But “the sky is falling!” brigade was out in full force, which can’t happen.
Good thing the offense came alive last night.
