Another weird play at the play involving Alec Bohm.
A baseball game was played last night (if I’m being nice). Johan Rojas hit a 421-foot home run, stole a run with his legs, and made two terrible plays defensively. Trea Turner collected four hits last night but almost threw a baseball over JT Realmuto’s head, then followed that up in the next inning by pulling Bryce Harper off the bag.
The Nationals one-upped them on defensive miscues with Keibert Ruiz not catching a Dylan Crews throw then Kyle Finnegan threw an awful splitter that allowed Bryson Stott to score from home.
I don’t think either team wants to relive what happened last night.
