Phillies lose experiment arm to Red Sox after massive year-over-year strikeout drop

Former Philadelphia Phillies right-hander Devin Sweet has signed a minor-league deal with the Boston Red Sox after flaming out in 2025 and not showing the Phillies the strikeout upside they thought they were getting.
