Insider confirms Nick Castellanos’ time with Phillies has all but ended

The Phillies have been noncommittal about Nick Castellanos’ future with the team, but he’s not expected to return in 2026. According to Matt Gelb of The Athletic, the team plans to trade or release the problematic right fielder.
