Welcome to Day 2 of Bleeding Green Nation’s 2025 NFL Draft live blog! Friday night’s festivities begin at 7:00 PM ET on ABC, ESPN, and NFL Network. Click here for info on how to watch the broadcast.
This post will have updates throughout the night with any surprises, rumors, trade updates, and more. It’s also an open thread for discussion in the comments.
The Philadelphia Eagles will start the night with two picks: No. 64 in Round 2, and No. 96 in Round 3.
Howie Roseman talked about how excited they were to get a guy they valued as a Top 10 player so late in the first round, but he also admitted he was trying to move up into the 20s to get Jihaad Campbell. He noted that as other teams traded up — the Giants and Falcons — the market changed, but things should reset on Friday and the team is still loaded with draft capital in 2025 and 2026.
Let’s have some fun!
[Stay tuned to Bleeding Green Nation for the latest updates regarding Eagles moves and others made around the league.]
UPDATES
[11:16 PM]: ANOTHER EAGLES TRADE!!! The Eagles have traded out of the third round entirely! That will do it for Philly on Friday night, and Howie Roseman will have six more picks on Saturday.
#Broncos trade 111, 130, 191 to #Eagles for 101, 134. https://t.co/1mlvBnjQOn

[11:00 PM]: EAGLES TRADE!! After waiting a long time for the Eagles to get back on the clock, they ended up trading back with the Falcons. Atlanta moves up to No. 96 and Philly moves back to pick No. 101 — the second-to-last pick of the third round.
[10:04 PM]: With the No. 76 overall pick, the Cowboys added East Carolina CB Shavon Revel Jr. — that’s their second defensive addition so far this weekend.
[9:55 PM]: A lot has happened since the Eagles were last on the clock! The Giants kicked off Round 3 with Toledo DT Darius Alexander at No. 65. The Browns took yet another tight end off the board at No. 67 with Bowling Green TE Harold Fannin Jr. And, most recently, the Jets selected Florida State CB Azareye’h Thomas at No. 73.
[9:25 PM]: THE PICK IS IN! Eagles select Texas S Andrew Mukuba at No. 64 overall!!
[9:22 PM]: THE EAGLES ARE ON THE CLOCK!
[9:09 PM]: The Commanders actually made a good(?) pick at No. 61, selecting Ole Miss CB Trey Amos. Howie Roseman doesn’t have much longer to wait until the Eagles are on the clock for the first time on Friday night.
[9:06 PM]: The Raiders added TCU WR Jack Bech at No. 58, the Ravens picked Marshall DE Mike Green at No. 59, and then the Broncos nabbed a RB with UCF’s RJ Harvey at No. 60.
[8:53 PM]: The Chargers took another skill player with their second pick of the draft, selecting Ole Miss WR Tre Harris at No. 55. After that, another OT came off the board with the Bears taking Boston College OT Ozzy Trapilo at No. 56, followed by the Lions trading up with the Broncos to take Georgia OG Tate Ratledge at No. 57.
[8:47 PM]: Slowly inching towards the Eagles pick at No. 64, the Titans select UCLA DE Oluwafemi Oladejo at No. 52, followed by the Buccaneers taking Notre Dame CB Benjamin Morrison at No. 53, and then the Packers nabbed NC State OT Anthony Belton at No. 54. More and more OTs are coming off the board which means the Eagles probably aren’t going out of their way to draft Lane Johnson’s replacement just yet.
[8:32 PM]: The Bengals picked South Carolina LB Demetrius Knight at No. 49, the Seahawks took Miami TE Elijah Arroyo at No. 50, and then the Panthers traded up to No. 51 to get Texas A&M EDGE Nic Scourton.
[8:20 PM]: Another Buckeye came off the board at No. 45, with Shane Steichen and the Colts picking DE JT Tuimoloau, followed by the Rams selecting Oregon TE Terrance Ferguson at No. 46 overall. There have been quite a few tight ends taken up to this point which could be interesting for the potential trade market for Eagles TE Dallas Goedert.
Despite medical concerns affecting his position, Michigan CB Will Johnson was selected No. 47 by the Cardinals, and then the Texans traded up to get their guy, Minnesota OT Aireontae Ersery, at No. 48.
[8:12 PM]: The Bills traded up to No. 41 to take top DT prospect T.J. Sanders, and then the Jets did a very cool thing by drafting TE Mason Taylor, who is the son of Hall-of-Fame pass rusher and former Jet, Jason Taylor. The 49ers went with Texas DL Alfred Collins at No. 43, and then the Cowboys selected Boston College DE Donovan Ezeiruaku at No. 44.
[7:44 PM]: Things are still happening at pretty quick pace, and the Patriots — and their Buckeye head coach Mike Vrabel — nabbed Ohio State RB TreVeyon Henderson at No. 38, the Bears went with Missouri WR Luther Burden III at No. 39, and the Saints picked the first QB of the night and selected Louisville QB Tyler Shough at No. 40.
[7:25 PM]: Another trade! The Dolphins move up to No. 37 in a trade with the Raiders. (You know Howie Roseman is already itching to make a move.)
[7:20 PM]: The Browns were back on the clock just a few picks later and took Ohio State RB Quinshon Judkins at No. 36 overall.
[7:18 PM]: Teams are moving fast today! The Browns still didn’t take Shedeur Sanders and instead picked UCLA LB Carson Schwesinger at No. 33, followed by the Texans taking Iowa State WR Jayden Higgins at No. 34. The Seahawks then traded up to No. 35 to pick South Carolina DB Nick Emmanwori.
[7:05 PM]: LET’S GOOOOO!!! Day 2 is officially under way and the Cleveland Browns are on the clock!
