Kylie Kelce, the wife of Philadelphia Eagles legend Jason Kelce, was recently harassed by another woman in Margate City, New Jersey.
Kylie and Jason were heading into Steve & Cookie’s Restaurant and Oyster Bar when a woman demanded a photo with them. Apparently, she “wouldn’t take no for an answer.”
It didn’t take long for Kylie to prove that she won’t back down from disrespectful people. She immediately inserted herself into the conversation and made it known that she doesn’t owe any favors to the general public.
After seeing this viral video, NFL fans are in agreement that you don’t mess with Kylie Kelce under any circumstance.
“I love how the internet is in agreement this week that you do not mess with Kylie Kelce,” one person tweeted.
“Whoa do not mess with Kylie Kelce,” another person said. “Kylie and Jason Kelce do not owe you anything. Let them live their lives.”
“Kylie Kelce is not a person to mess with,” a social media user commented.
“Kylie Kelce was spotted in a screaming match with a woman who reportedly got upset when she politely declined a photo,” New York Magazine wrote. “It’s good for us all to remember that you do not mess with a Philly girl!”
Mayor Michael Collins of Margate City has already issued an apology to the Kelce family.
“On behalf of the City of Margate, I’d like to formally apologize to Jason & Kyle Kelce for the experience they had in Margate City over the holiday weekend,” Collins said in a statement. “As a father with young children, I know as well as anyone the importance of a date night with your wife and would like to offer a redo date night with dinner on me.”
Hopefully, this is all water under the bridge by the end of the week. Moving forward though, people shouldn’t demand photos from the Kelce family or anyone else for that matter.
