Best anytime TD scorer bets for the Eagles in Super Bowl LIX

It’s almost time for the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs to square off in Super Bowl LIX, a rematch of their showdown two years ago in Super Bowl LVII. The Eagles are looking for a different result this time around after losing 38-35 in their last meeting, and it’ll likely take another strong effort from the offense to get it done.

So who will score for the Eagles on Sunday? BetMGM has anytime touchdown odds for most players and while Saquon Barkley has the shortest odds at -200, he’s not worth betting at that number.

Instead, here are our favorite anytime touchdown scorer bets for the Eagles.

Jalen Hurts (-115)

There are multiple paths to Hurts scoring in this game, which is why his odds are only -115. The likeliest way is with a Tush Push from a yard or 2 out, assuming the Eagles get down near the goal line. He could also keep the ball on a read-option if the Chiefs sell out to stop Barkley, catching them off-guard and strolling into the end zone.

Or, he could tuck it and scramble on a drop-back, which is likely to happen a bunch against the Chiefs’ man-heavy defense. He scored three times in Super Bowl LVII and three times against the Commanders in the NFC title game.

DeVonta Smith (+250)

Smith is the No. 2 receiver for the Eagles, which means he’s likely to get the Chiefs’ No. 2 cornerback in coverage. If Trent McDuffie takes A.J. Brown for most of the game, Smith could benefit from Chamarri Conner in the slot or Jaylen Watson on the outside.

Those are favorable matchups for the big-play receiver, who can win deep and score from anywhere on the field.

Dallas Goedert (+333)

The Chiefs gave up the most yards to tight ends in the NFL this season, so Goedert could be in for a big game. He’s seen 18 total targets in three playoff games this year, scoring one touchdown already against the Packers in the wild-card round.

He’s become one of Hurts’ favorite receivers and his big frame should yield him at least a target or two in the red zone on Sunday.
