We’re now just hours away from the start of the 2024 NFL draft, and no GM in the league makes better use of the board than Philadelphia Eagles top executive Howie Roseman.
Philadelphia’s GM has conducted over 41 draft-day trades over the past ten years, not including the 2015 draft when coach Chip Kelly snatched personnel control.
