As an Exhibit 10 player, Poplar’s contract does neither counts against the Bulls’ offseason roster, nor their salary cap. It is a mechanism to see more players in their training camp with no guarantees. Should Woog make Chicago’s roster it will onvert to the NBA’s minimum-contract deal.
In his only year on the Main Line, Poplar averaged 15.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game.
