A quartet of college basketball bluebloods are set to take center stage at the men’s Final Four next weekend.

This year’s NCAA Tournament semifinal features a pair of matchups between Villanova-Kansas and the first ever NCAA Tournament battle between North Carolina and Duke.

The 2022 Men’s Final Four will feature:

– North Carolina (6 national titles)
– Duke (5 national titles)
– Kansas (3 national titles)
– Villanova (3 national titles)

On Monday, ESPN’s Basketball Power Index laid out its predictions for both sets of Final Four games. And according to the BPI, fans should anticipate a national title bout between Coach K’s Blue Devils and Jay Wright’s Wildcats.

In the early window, ESPN gives Nova a 51.3 percent chance of taking down No. 1 Kansas. Giving the game a matchup quality grade of 98.9 (out of 100).

IT’S HAPPENING!

For the primetime matchup between Duke and UNC, the Worldwide Leader’s BPI says the Blue Devils hold a pretty overwhelming chance to inch closer to another national championship for Mike Krzyzewski.

It gives Duke a 68.2 percent chance to defeat its biggest rival. Grading out the matchup quality as an 89.4.

But, it’s called March Madness for a reason. And anything can happen when the games tip-off Saturday on TBS, starting at 6:09 PM ET.
