Can you describe the process of how you came to this decision? Marc Zumoff: I just think it was a natural progression of events. I always wanted to go on my own terms, that being I was still able to do what it is that I was doing. And that I would have enough time to spend quality time with my wife, my family, my friends, doing things other than what I’ve done for the last 39 years, which is cover 76ers basketball. So now I look forward to the other side of life, whatever that may be. Some of it related to sports media but a lot of it devoted to things that interest me, whether it’s cooking or playing a musical instrument or traveling with my wife or learning a foreign language. I have been told by many people that there are other things besides the NBA and 76ers basketball and now I’m eager to find out.
